Members of a full service health club have many reasons for their interest in this type of facility. Some are drawn to the physical fitness or weight-loss advantages. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives.

Spin
Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cycling program. Cycling can offer benefits for both fitness and fat burning. You can vary your programs so that you can alternate between fitness and fat burning, or a program that includes both. And you don't need to cycle for hours on end. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise is usually sufficient for good results.
Senior Fit
This class is designed for people who haven't been involved in an exercise program or those who have set backs and are trying to get back into shape. It's a fun class that has a lot of energy!
Boxing
As of recent, we have added yet another exciting program to the club, boxing. With professional instruction, this program will not only get you in great shape, it will teach you the fundamentals in punching and blocking. $Extra Fee Required
Cardio Kickboxing
Kick and punch your way to fitness! Our workout is designed for cardiovascular and muscle endurance and combines aerobics and body toning while learning self-defense. Our classes blend boxing, martial arts, and sports conditioning drills. With music and the energy of a group fitness setting and it’s a fast paced, fun packed workout!
Circuit Training
This class will keep you moving with cardio and endurance training combined with classic toning exercises. This class is designed to burn calories for weight loss as well as tighten and firm your muscles.
Body Tone
A weighted workout set to the rhythm of music. This class improves overall strength and endurance through the use of various equipment which may include body bars and/or dumbbells.
Pilates
Pilates is a specially designed workout to strengthen the core of the body. Working with breath and movement, pilates strengthens core muscles as well as lower back and adds to general good health. Breath control with movement also helps the immune system.
Body Sculpt
A great body workout giving you sculpting and an aerobic workout. Sculpting strengthens muscles, while the aerobic works your heart and circulatory system.
Senior Strength & Stretch
Especially for seniors using standing and sitting positions only. A little Tai Chi, Strength training and stretching to help build bone mass and keep flexibility, while working with breathing techniques.
Zumba
Zumba is an aerobic workout based on Latin dance moves. It is great fun and a terrific cardio workout.
Zumba Toning
Zumba is an aerobic workout based on Latin dance moves with sculpting added. It is great fun and a terrific cardio workout, plus you're sculpting muscles.
Evolution
This class combines circuit training, resistance training and some Turbo Kick and Zumba. What a great workout to maximize fat burn in one short hour.
Pilates/Stretch & Tone
This class offers work to strengthen the core of the body with controlled movement and breathing. Stretches to elongate and strengthen muscles throughout the body with controlled breathing. A great end of day workout.
Spin w/Abs
A great aerobic workout on the stationary bike while working the abdominals. This workout is really fun, while doing terrific things for your body.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is used as a form of moving meditation and as a strengthening technique. This is a safe way for people of all ages to improve muscular strength, flexibility, stamina and balance.
Yoga
Utilizing Yoga moves to sculpt, stretch and be fit. Focusing on breath and movement. A perfect workout for end of a work day.
Silver&Fit
Silver&Fit is a successful aging program that provides exercise classes that focus on enhancing coordination, strength, flexibility and endurance in seniors.
Strength & Flexibility
A good stretch workout while building strength utilizing Therabands.
TaeBo
A fun aerobic workout using some boxing type moves and martial arts to really get your body working and toned.
Aerobics
A great program to get your heart rate going and can be very aerobic or low impact. Some sculpting and ab work will be included to give you a great all around workout.
